Welcome to Bordeaux France. Bonjour,
before Bali, I went for few days to Bordeaux, West Coast
of France. I used to live in this town for 5 years just
before Anguilla.
This area is a great place for surfing.
You surely know Lacanau, small town near the Atlantic
Ocean where every years the best surfer of the word
come for the Competition of Lacanau Pro.
I learnt to surf & kitesurf in this
spot.
Bordeaux is the old city in wine country.
Today, Bordeaux City kept her "historic soul"
and you can walk on those streets, it's like to go back
in 16th century. You will find many good restaurants.
We went to the best restaurants of this city.
I started by some "tartines"
of salmon, sour cream, beef with Bordeaux Clairet, fresh
wine rose.

Wine and Gastronomic place
We went to "Chapon Fin", a
great Gastronomic Restaurant. Great place build in 1824,
good service and an amazing menu, each dish are a "enchantement"
(delightful) for taste.

We also went to "La Tupina",
the greastest place to eat "Cuisine Traditionnelle"
of this region. If you like chicken and read meat, you
must go there. There is also an amazing "carte
des vins" (wine list).

But life is not only eat and drink,
;-). From the North of Bordeaux to Biarritz, you can
find a wild beaches, I mean with white sand, large beaches,
blue ocean and... a hugh forest of "Pin des Landes",
a tipical tree from this region.
Between good time in restaurants, walking
in this city, on the beaches and before to go to Brittany,
Sophie's home, I decided to add a tatoo, after my right
leg, I wanted a new one on my arms and Cathy from Derma
Folies drew it. You will see hereafter this new page
of my story but I keep his symbolic for me !
To check my mails, I found a very nice
cyber cafe "Artobas", opened from 11 AM to
01 AM. Cheap and cool place. Feel free to see his website
