Meditation in Bali. To build healthy
body we need nutritious food, drink and a balance of
other conditions within us. However, a healthy body
doesn't necessarily mean a strong body.
To strengthen our body we need regular exercise. In
addition, pleasant surroundings, music, reading, and
avoiding violence (news and films) will help make our
mind healthy.
A healthy mind doesn't necessarily ensure a strong mind.
In order to strengthen our mind, we need regular exercise
for our mind, that we called "Meditation".
Through this exercise we strengthen our concentration,
create mindfulness and wisdom, and loving kindness,
to form a combination we call the "Harmonious Mind"
