Buddhist monastery in Bali. Climbing to the top, we walked throught little village of farmers to visit Brahma Vihara Arama.

Bali's single Buddhist monastery only vaguely Buddhist in appearance, with colourful decorations, a bright orange roof ans statues of Buddha, has very Balinese decorative carvings and door guardians.

It's quite a handsome structure in a commanding location, with views down the valley and across the rice fields to the sea.
